Cancellation Policy

UTOPIA SPA LOUNGE & CARE Appointment, Cancellation & Refund Policy At Utopia Spa Lounge & Care, we value the time of every client and our service providers. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policies apply to all appointments and service packages. Appointment Deposits * A valid credit/debit card and/or deposit may be required to secure your appointment. * Deposits are applied toward your scheduled service and are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy * We require a minimum of **24 hours' notice** for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. * Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments may be required to prepay for future services. No-Show Policy * Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a **No-Show**. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount or will forfeit one session from their package. * Future appointments may require full payment in advance. Late Arrival Policy * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. * If rescheduling is required due to late arrival, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and applicable fees may apply. Package Policy * All service packages are sold at a discounted rate and are designed to provide significant savings to our clients. * **All package purchases are final. No refunds will be issued on discounted packages, unused sessions, partially used packages, or promotional services.** * Package sessions are non-transferable unless approved in writing by management. * Expired package sessions will not be refunded. Refund Policy * Due to the nature of spa, wellness, and post-operative care services, all sales are final. * No refunds will be issued for completed services, prepaid services, promotional offers, gift certificates, deposits, or discounted packages. * If a client is unable to continue treatment, management may review requests for account credit at its sole discretion.
